This policy explains what personal data Karadan Lands Real Estate LLC (“Karadan Lands”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Karadan Lands Real Estate LLC is an independent property agency registered in the United Arab Emirates, with offices at 412, Al Fajer Complex, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE, and Karadan Square, Cherooty Nagar, Calicut, Kerala 673006, India. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number (with country code), email address, your preferred contact method, and which project you enquired about.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. We record the page URL an enquiry was submitted from and the time of submission.
- Cookies and analytics. See the Cookies section below.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special category data (such as health or biometric information) through this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you about the property you asked about, by phone, WhatsApp, email or video call, as you have indicated.
- To share relevant availability, floor plans, pricing and payment plans.
- To keep a record of enquiries for our internal sales administration.
- To measure how the website performs and improve it.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed property brokers in the UAE.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, and never sell it. Recipients may include:
- The relevant developer, where progressing your enquiry requires it — for example to register your interest in a specific unit or to arrange a viewing.
- Service providers that host this website and deliver our email (our hosting provider) and that provide analytics.
- Authorities or advisers where we are required to disclose by law.
Data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the UAE, India and the European Union, where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the page — for example which sections are read and which forms are completed. These tools set cookies and process data such as your IP address. This is measurement data, not advertising profiling that we control directly.
You can block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the enquiry forms from working.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, normally up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.
How we protect it
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and delivered to our sales mailbox over authenticated SMTP. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we have no continuing need to keep it;
- stop contacting you, at any time;
- restrict or object to how we use your data.
To exercise any of these, email info@karadanlands.ae. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Opting out
Tell us at any time and we will stop contacting you — by email to info@karadanlands.ae, by replying to any message we send you, or by asking the consultant handling your enquiry.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
